The 1959 & 1960 model years were historic and transformational for the Cadillac brand. The transition of design leadership from General Motors legend Harley Earl to his one-time mentee Bill Mitchell saw a drastic shift in philosophy and direction. It also sat the beginning of the end of the tailfin war being waged between Cadillac and Chrysler. We all have different reasons for why we love these cars and this group was formed to celebrate them all.
